Protesting coronavirus restrictions

A group of approximately 75 protesters gather in downtown Sonora, California, on Wednesday, April 15, 2020, to voice opposition of government restrictions during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Tuolumne County has a population of approximately 55,000 people. To date, there have been four confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the county; two are residents, two traveled to the region.
