Yosemite National Park concession employees spend time along the Merced River near Stoneman Bridge while on furlough. Park and concession employees and campground hosts remain in Yosemite Valley in Yosemite National Park, California, during the closure. Yosemite Valley closed at noon yesterday to all visitors due to poor air quality and firefighting personnel and equipment on the roads because of the Ferguson Fire. The fire is burning near the park's El Portal entrance.
