Women's empowerment, Kandy, Sri Lanka

A former garment factory worker, Chandramali hopes to save money from her work with SEWA to add on to her home. She has been working with SEWA for three months.

SEWA is a non-governmental organization working for community development by creating opportunities for self employment.
