Yosemite Ferguson Fire

Yosemite Valley closed at noon yesterday to all visitors due air quality and firefighting personnel and equipment on the roads due to the Ferguson Fire. The fire is burning near the park's El Portal entrance.

Hayes, from Ireland, busses tables at Base Camp and lives at Lost Arrow housing. She said, "It feels like the end of the world and we are the survivors." She will return to Ireland at the end of summer and will graduate from college.
